The path to Ascension will be much smoother than you might believe, because over time the necessity to bring about severe physical changes has passed. You can take a lot of credit for this situation, because as a collective you have raised the consciousness levels. In bringing more Light to the Earth you have enabled the transmutation of the lower energies. The result is that the necessary cleansing does not call for the depth of changes, that were once thought necessary. The Earth is constantly shifting, and there are hundreds of minor earthquakes that take place every day without any adverse results.

揚升的道路將比你們想象的更加的平順，因爲經過時間的考驗帶來嚴峻改變的時期已經過去。對於這種情形你們可以信心滿滿，因爲作爲集體你們已經不斷提高了意識的層次。給地球母親帶來了更多的聖光力量，而這就使得較低的能量得以不斷的轉變。其結果就是沒有必要使得大清洗以呼叫深度改變的勢頭來進行，在過去這曾是必要的。地球在不斷的轉變中，每天都有數以百計的小型地震在發生著，卻不會導致任何劇烈的結果。


So Dear Ones do not spend your time in fear of the coming period, and bear the consequences knowing it is all for your good. Rather look at the changes as sweeping the Earth clear of its blemishes and ugly spots, so that it can once more be restored. Bear in mind that you too are being cleansed in a similar way, to release any vibrations that cannot be taken with you into the higher ones. Much of it happens without your knowledge, but you can contribute by having a life style that lends itself to purifying your body and mind. Your choice of food is an important factor from the point of view of your health. Try to move away from processed foods and towards fresh produce. This way you will avoid many chemicals that would otherwise be ingested and remain as toxins in your body. Where possible include raw food in your diet and benefit from the energies that they carry. Drink plenty of water to keep the organs of your body cleansed, and avoid carbonated drinks if possible.

In the future because your body vibrations will have been lifted up, you will no longer be attracted or need the heavier foods. Your needs will be considerably less, as you will replenish them by taking more of the energy that is around you. It is only in the lower vibrations that you need your meats, and you will find that gradually they do not satisfy you. Eating is a pleasure and we still indulge but nowhere to the extent that you do at present. We would not dream of putting your type of foodstuffs into our bodies. However, for the time being you need to sustain your bodies and get your energy from your traditional foods, but you can try to introduce changes that take you towards more natural and purer ones.

We lead you to a new way of looking at life but one that gives great satisfaction and fulfilment. After the changes the pace of life will be much slower and you will not be placed in stressful conditions. Indeed, you will have ample time to relax and follow your personal pursuits, and we do have Holodecks that are for your enjoyment. Yes, they rely exist and can provide you with knowledge whilst at the same time be a source of enjoyment. We have our fun and also a sense of humor, but we do not indulge in crudity or unpleasantness. We are happy and joyful, and in appreciating the Oneness of all life are uninhibited in our companionship and friendship with other Beings. Jealousy and envy are not emotions we entertain, as we understand that all live in unity and exist for each other.

We are One whereas you have managed to create divisions and separation between you. You may look different according to the Race you belong to, but in essence you are all the same and together are on the road to Ascension. In fact because you take a series of lives for your needed experiences, you will understand that in turn you have had lives in many different countries. Think about it and consider whether you are specifically drawn to one particular country or period of history. Would that not tell you that within your consciousness you still have memories of those experiences? There would clearly be less racial tension if you could accept others as yourself.

When we look at you we know that we do not see the real you, but merely the body that you taken for your present incarnation. We also make allowances for your lack of Light and even love, as the lower vibrations have pulled you down. However that will change and is doing so right now, and there has never been such an opportunity as now exists to raise them up. More and more light is being beamed to Earth, and you can attract it to yourself by lifting up your levels of consciousness. Your true potential is unlimited and you should strive for the highest expression of yourself as possible. By nature you are peaceful loving Beings, and you are heading for a return to that level. Stay calm and walk and talk your love for your fellow Beings. It is the only way and you will become an invincible force for good.

At present we of the Galactic Federation ready ourselves for the final thrust against the last cabal. As they stand in our way and yours they will be removed in one way or another, and then our allies can really get moving with all of the changes that are planned. There is to be a total change in the way your lives are lived, and all for your betterment and preparation for the New Age. There is no reason to hold onto anything of the old or be concerned at what you may lose, as we stress again that you can only gain from the changes that are about to occur. You are to take a quantum jump into the future that is your transition into the higher realms. You could not otherwise enter them unless your vibrations were comparable with them. This is why there will be souls who are unable to do so, as they are not ready and will continue in their present vibration. Indeed, it would not serve their purpose or needs if they were placed in a higher one, as that would be uncomfortable for them.

In spite of what some may think, everything is moving along well and will ensure that you are finally ready to ascend when that opportunity arises. You still need to apply yourselves to your own needs, and work towards reaching a level of control and awareness that enables you to maintain your progress. As we often point out, it is your intent and will to succeed that will take you forward to successfully complete your journey.

Dear Ones, We come with breaking news! I, Saint Germain and the Arcturians are at liberty to inform you that some of your space brothers have landed on your planet. A few shuttles received permission to land on your soil and more specifically in Roswell (U.S.A.) and Staffordshire (England). Among the first to land were the Pleiadians and the Arcturians : the Pleiadians for their closeness to your earthly civilization and the Arcturians because of their leadership abilities to handle the procedures involved. The Arcturians are the ones who monitor everything conscientiously as regards to your spiritual evolution on one hand and the disclosure project on the other hand. We established contacts with President Obama and other authorities to figure out how to be of further assistance to you and how to announce disclosure on your world. Those with whom we have established connections are government representatives and the ground crew, connected with the Disclosure project. Obama will announce Disclosure in our presence through your television network and he will also announce the arrests of the cabal. It is most important that those two issues will be announced simultaneously in order to avoid a panic amongst the population of your planet.

Unfortunately, the Arcturians and I, Saint Germain, have to confirm what you probably already heard through your daily updates. Evidently we refer to the fact that Disclosure will be delayed somewhat. We firstly would like to continue with the reformation of your governments ; something that is already happening behind closed doors. What isn’t readily known is the fact that the highest ranking members of the cabal have been arrested and their subsequent trials have resulted in them being sentenced for life. They have then been removed from this Earth and were escorted to another world where they can only wait for their final verdict which will be pronounced by our Creator. Please be aware without a shadow of a doubt that they will never ever be allowed to return to planet Earth! Those who already are removed to another world are on this planet replaced by clones which of course have no soul and they can and will be deactivated when their ‘usefulness’ ends. Just a few minor members of the cabal still walk this Earth but they are pretty harmless compared to those higher ranking members and besides we keep a close eye on them and will also be arrested shortly. They still attempt to stop the Disclosure project but their efforts are in vain as Obama has now the upper hand in that project. Time is still a factor before the whole procedure can be rounded up. Nevertheless, Obama has already started and is now at liberty to speak freely. That’s why we were able to land in the first place!

In the meantime we have landed on your planet and a few more shuttles will also be allowed to land until Disclosure is a fact. At the moment of Disclosure we will land everywhere on your world; we will decloak and become visible for everyone! Rest assured that we are really here, a fact that can be confirmed by some channelers who are in the know. Méline Lafont is one of those channelers, she was aware but was asked to keep it to herself. The same applies to the info pertaining to the arrests of the cabal and the verdicts. I opted to use her as my channeler because of our great connection. That being said.

Why have we decided to do the reformations of the governments firstly and then the announcements? Well to answer that question, we found it opportune to firstly guarantee a kind of stability to your civilization before spreading that kind of breaking news, especially for the sake of the unawakened ones. If they should get to know that their leaders had been arrested and removed from their positions, followed by us introducing ourselves to you, they would easily become disconcerted seeing the whole process as if their world would come tumbling down. As a matter of fact, it has now been decades that you have been lied to by the cabal who depict our existence and our intentions as threatening to your survival. It goes without saying that the unawakened ones would surely consider us invaders when we were to massively land. This is the one thing we want to avoid! We wish to create a smooth transition and help you to co-exist harmoniously with us in the galaxy, for after all, we are brothers.

The way of your Ascension process has been opened wide and you already enjoy more freedom and connections with us. We will not yet show us to the unawakened ones, we will however start cooperating closely with Lightworkers up to Disclosure. I feel the disappointments amongst the Lightworkers and I feel it in my channeler, Méline Lafont and quite frankly she is not too thrilled to share this message. Nevertheless, I think it is important for you all to know that your freedom has increased and that we are just a whisper away!You are never alone and this statement should be taken quite literally! I am addressing all of you with the sole intention of making you a request: please, don't spend so many hours sitting in front of the TV!

Believe me, there are many ways to fill up your time in this life in a more productive manner than sitting like 'couch potatoes', allowing all that enormous amount of images and subliminal messages to fill up your subconsciouss as well as your consciouss mind.

請相信我，這裏有著很多的方式可以充實你的生活，以一種更富有成效的方式，而不是成爲“電視迷”，讓那些數量龐大的畫面和潛意識暗示的信息充斥你們的潛意識，以及你的顯意識。


Perhaps you are not aware of it, but you spend so many hours in front of yout TV, picking up an enormous amount of unnecessary information, that is even damaging to your psique and is being stored as 'garbage' in your mental body.

也許你們還不太了解它，不過你們已經花了太多時間在電視節目上，吸收了大量的不必要的信息，這些甚至在傷害著你們的精神，而作爲不必要的“垃圾”儲存在了你的精神體中。


On the other hand, you are also being the target of many forces that are very powerful as well as lethal, who are trying to distract you with that superfluous and banal information so that you don't wake up to a reality that would endanger the control and domination they enjoy in those spheres of dark power.

In a manner of speaking, they are interested in maintining you in the most absolute ignorance, in order to be able to continue devising all kinds of plans and plots to keep you under control, and therefore, deceived.

Don't think it twice, and dare to initiate a drastic change in your habits and routines; turn off your TV, or be much more selective when choosing what type of programs you will sit down to watch with your family.

The idea is not to fill up your minds with images on what to consume, or how and why, or try and find out who is the murderer in a thriller series and how is the police going to capture him, or to know which team is going to win the championship final in any sport.

這個主意不是要讓這些畫面充斥你的整個心靈，把你的意識耗費在，爲什麽，爲何，又試圖找出誰是凶手等等一系列驚悚電視的節目中，警察又是如何抓住他的，或者要弄清楚哪個隊會贏得任何體育活動的最終冠軍。


The idea is, rather, to learn to empty your minds of so many superfluous thoughts that keep you feeling continually restless and wanting to feed always your mind with a multi-colored fan of dull and absolutely useless topics.

The system in which your life is immersed in makes you think that you need all that 'garbage' information with which they bombard you non-stop, so that you can feel 'alive'. For instance, you think that you have to be 'up-to-date' with that impressive amount of scandalous ocurrences told by the newspapers and TV newscasts, so that you devour them daily in order to chat about them with your friends; and if what you are telling them is horrifying, so much the better because that accentuates the morbosity of the conversations. Is that not so?

你們生活的系統母體就是要讓你們沈迷，讓你認爲自己需要所有這些“垃圾”信息，轟擊你的意識讓你無法停止，這樣你才能感到真正的“活著”。舉個例子，你們認爲自己不得不等待最新的更新，由新聞報紙和電視節目帶來的大量誹謗性的醜聞事件，於是你每日吞噬它們，爲了能有與朋友談論的話題；如果你正在告訴他們的都是如此令人恐懼的，這樣對於彼此間的對話就更好麽。是這樣麽？


Don't you realize how damaging to you is that type of frivolous and empty chatter/gossip?

難道你們還沒有明白這是多麽具有傷害性，這些無聊瑣碎的唠叨？


If you were to use only half the time you spend watching TV for meditating within on your Inner Self, your lives would change extraordinarily, and they would be infinitely more vital, useful and productive.

如果你曾經利用過去看電視一半的時間去【冥想】，與你內在的自我連接，你們的生活將發生翻天覆地的改變，生活將變得十分的生動，有利和富有成效。

Je größer das Maß der Stagnation und des Stillstandes der Evolution auf der Erde ist, umso größer fällt zumeist das Maß dieser Sonneneruptionen aus und es gibt zumindest auf einer Ebene einen direkten Wechselwirkungsbezug zwischen Erde und Sonne.

Die euch Wesenheiten der Erde von mir, dem Göttlichen Vater, angekündigte gewaltige Sonneneruption am 16. 6. 2012 wird genau so erfolgen, wie beschrieben.

Mit kleineren Sonnenflecken am 14. und 15. wird das Schauspiel beginnen, um dann am 16.6. mit einem riesigen Ausbruch den Höhepunkt zu finden, wobei es danach ebenfalls noch größere Sonneneruptionen in der Folge geben wird, aber nicht mit dieser Durchschlagskraft für die Erde.

Hier steht in meiner Aussage ein kann, denn von den Energien her reicht es für den Polsprung aus, ob die Dauer des Impulses das auch bewirkt, ist noch nicht zu sagen.

Aber ich, der Göttliche Vater, meine trotzdem, euch massiv warnen zu müssen, dass es in weiten Gebieten der Erde zu Kurzschlüssen und Stromausfällen kommen kann, die sich über Tage und Wochen hinziehen können, bis Ersatzgeräte die Aufgabe der zerstörten Einheiten wieder übernehmen.

銀河聯邦訊息【自我的選擇才是重點】

有關小孩、寵物和揚升

很多人十分地擔心他們的小孩及心愛的寵物是否可以在這次偉大轉變中隨著一同揚升。


首先在這裡必須要說的是，無論是自覺、不自覺地或在他們現在的化身之前，那些早就已選擇要揚升的，是不會消失在地球上，而是會在第5維度新地球上的，整個地球與我們正一起走向正確的揚升道路。

而那些希望騎乘在這高維度能量波的人只需要『選擇』。

因著這選擇，我們的天使、導師、星際靈魂的家人將會協助我們，使我們的渴望成為現實。

而你，不需擔心那些年幼的小孩和心愛的寵物（只有進化的動物才會留下來轉變，因為進化的動物有能力愛），因為它們早已存在多維度空間了，也就是說他們早已將通往高維度的船票拿在手上了。



目前選擇在這時間點上出現的孩子，都是第5維度新地球挑選的『管家』，這些特殊的靈魂在這樣一個神聖的任務中已經證明自身的價值，在過去20年裡100 ％出生的小孩已被推測，要嘛是靛藍小孩，要嘛是水晶小孩或彩虹兒童，這些靈魂擁有當地球揚升時，可協助我們星球所需的高頻。

我們的寵物也早已存在多維度空間，有時我們看似『孤獨』的旅程中，其實牠們早就一直陪伴著我們。（試著想想，為何與小孩、寵物互動會令你感到快樂？這都是為了提昇你的振動頻率呀！）

此時，他們也帶著來自高維度振動頻率成為服務地球和人類使命的一部分。

如果他們其中一個會要求某種實際的證據（證明為何需要他們來服務），另一個只希望需要知道，作為第3維度空間人類的我們其中一個最大要去挑戰的就是 - 將無條件的愛成為心靈上的優點，雖然很多人在認知上會說他們早就知道了，但我們還是必須誠實的對自己說，作為人類，我們其實將很多『條件』放在我們的愛上，這點是我們不可否認地。

『我只會愛你一個，假如你愛我的話』
『我只會愛你一個，假如你對我忠誠的話』
『我只會愛你一個，假如我覺得你有吸引力的話』
『我只會愛你一個，假如你有足夠的錢給我的話』

這些只都只是我們對愛放入條件的其中一部分，但，試著問問自已，我們這些毛茸茸的朋友對你有放了什麼條件在他們的愛裡嗎？

不管如何被對待或甚至被虐待，我們這些已經掌握了這種精神美德的忠實伙伴依然永遠『無條件地』愛我們 。

甚至可這樣說，我們心愛的寵物，是我們許多人的『道路指引者』。

所以，你根本無需擔心這些年輕的小孩和忠實的伙伴，他們也會在我們身邊保持正確且與我們一起在這個宇宙裡提升到更高境界。

他們已在揚升名單中了。

The planning has been meticulous to ensure that the arrests are as far as possible carried out in the least possible time. Be assured that the evidence of criminal actions by each individual has been carefully documented, and is sufficient to uphold the charges that will be made.

However, we wish you to concentrate on the future and seek first to maintain the Light upon Earth, without wasting your energy by directing your anger at the Illuminati and their minions. These will be hard times for anyone who has recently lost loved ones or friends as a result of their actions. It will however be a test of your ability to stay within the Light, and show your strength by forgiving those responsible. If you do not do so and seek any form of revenge you end up little better than what they are, and you form a link of energy with them. They may not deserve much sympathy, but see them as souls who have gone badly astray and almost lost their spark of Light. It will take a lot of Light to raise them up again but it can be done. We feel sure you will see that it is far better to lift the fallen up again, than compound their situation by linking them to more negative energy.

All of you have experienced stages where you have gone against the Light. However, with few exceptions you have understood the reasons that brought it about, and stand today as examples of those who have overcome the challenges of duality. You are all the stronger for it and that is indeed the reason you elected to spend many lives in the lower dimensions. We now see the most beautiful souls amongst you who have achieved a level of mastery and Light, that wherever they go are magnificent beacons of Light helping others awaken. As we see it the mass consciousness is rapidly growing and that is another guarantee that you have a definite path to Ascension.

Whatever happens around you or directly to you stay strong and any problems should be quickly resolved, as you are now clearly on the upward curve and leaving the lower energies behind. In fact so many of you are drawing a clear line between yourselves and the old energies that no longer satisfy your desire for the pure things in life. It can cause difficulties between family and friends but you have to follow your own needs. You are in a time of self realization and discovering who you really are, and no longer beholden to the opinions of others. If necessary make your own pathway to Ascension and allow others to do the same. Loved ones may also be involved but they too must follow their intuition, and we reiterate that the love link will always be there.

In the near future you will if so desired, travel by thought and that is instantaneous. So your loved ones will never be totally out of your reach. With each life you have spent on Earth your close relationships have been extremely limited, particularly as you tend to incarnate with the same group of souls. However, you do in fact have many great relationships formed over a very long period of time, and once you have ascended you will remember them again. Many await your upliftment so that friendships can be renewed and not least of all your real family, who you will instantly know. You can understand that there will be much to celebrate in grand style.

The numbers of people open to the idea of major changes are growing, and it is a sign that many more are becoming sensitive to the new energies that abound upon Earth. Some feel fear of change whilst others sense that behind it is the intent to move your civilization out of the morass that threatens to bring the world down. It is therefore a unique time for those with knowledge of what the changes are leading to, and an opportunity to let it be known that all ends well. At present matters are reaching a point of no return and we and our allies wait for the signal to go into action. All is prepared and although the dark Ones are aware that their time is up, the suddenness and extent of our arrests will still surprise them. Naturally there will be confusion amongst the public, but at the earliest possible moment they will be informed. When the media opens up to the truth the different sources will soon want to be part of the news about the changes.

爲數衆多的人對於大轉變的開放程度在不斷成長，這就是一個跡象更多的人對於錨定地球的新能量更加的有感知。一些人感到恐懼改變的同時其他人感覺到了在這背後的意圖就是要把你們的文明從威脅世界的沼澤地中解救出來。那麽對於那些掌握著改變要指向何方相關知識的人來說這就是一個獨一無二的時刻，讓所有人都了解一切都會很好的機會。當前事情的發展已經到了無法回頭的地步，我們和盟友正等待著指示進入行動。一切都已準備好，雖然黑暗勢力已經知道自己的時間完了，我們逮捕的突然性和涉及的範圍依舊會讓他們震驚。自然在大衆領域會出現混淆，不過他們會在最早的可能時刻被告知事情真相。當公共媒體對於真相開放報道，不同的信息渠道都會希望成爲報道轉變消息的成員。


Meantime we gather ourselves around our allies as they mobilize themselves for the first of many actions. What is starting in the US will spread to other countries, as people everywhere will demand their freedom, and a great cleansing will take place. Where there is resistance we shall back up our allies and explain that freedom must be given or else we will be forced to intervene. There is no choice for the old cabals and their power will be removed along with them if necessary. It is no time for false promises or going back to the old ways that no longer serve you. All countries will eventually base their Constitution on one that will be restored in the US according to the Founding Fathers, but modified to reflect the New Age that you are entering. These matters have already been addressed and prepared for a quick transition.

Some people wonder how the armed forces will react, and we must tell you that the majority are ready to lay down their arms and become the true protectors of Mankind as originally intended. No longer will they put their lives on the line fighting false wars, and instead they will act to maintain peace throughout the world. Weapons as such will not be used against the people, and a day will come when they will no longer be needed. We know where the hidden facilities are and they will be destroyed to ensure they are never used again. Indeed, we have already commenced closing down underground bases, and are disarming the dark Ones as quick as possible.

一些人想知道武裝部隊會如何回應，我們必須告訴你們大多數的軍人已準備好放下手中的武器，成爲人民的真正保衛者，這也本來是最初的意圖。他們不再需要把自己的生命耗費在錯誤戰爭的前線，取而代之他們將以維護世界和平而行動。這類的武器將不再被用來對付人民，總有一天這些武器都將不再需要。我們知道存在著一些隱蔽的軍工廠，它們將被摧毀以確保不再被使用。當然，我們早就開始了關閉地下基地的行動，以盡可能快的速度解除了黑暗勢力的裝備。


Bear in mind our actions are carried out in such a way that there is no loss of life. We can "remove" people quite easily and deposit them wherever we choose, and often it is off planet. We re-educate those who indulge in killing and violence, so that they may return to Earth as useful citizens. Those of you who are moving into the Light will know, that at a certain level you move beyond the negative emotions and they can no longer affect you. Your Light is your protection and will bounce back such energies to the originator. Such is the power of Light that where creation is concerned, nothing is impossible and it is only the lack of belief that prevents it.

Dear Ones, you are doing so well even though you are under a lot of pressure, but do try and relax and enjoy what should be an exciting time. Time is moving so quickly, before you know what has happened we will be talking with you and have regular communication. Our intent is to keep you well informed of our activities, and we look forward to addressing you directly. With us will stand those souls who will have been identified as of the Light, and will lead you to the goal of Ascension. Naturally it does not stop there and your evolution will continue in the higher dimensions. If you did but know it, you have so much to look forward to and your lives will alter for all time.

Whatever problems or predicaments you find yourselves in, take it in your stride knowing that before long the answers will come your way. The higher vibrations will alleviate many medical problems, and with the coming of the Cities of Light so will healing chambers and other advanced technologies be able to handle them. After Ascension you will have no illness or physical problems at all, as your bodies will be in a state of perfection. So bear with any existing problems as you do not have much longer to put up with them.

不管你發現自己處在什麽樣的窘境或問題中都沒有關系，請從容不迫的了解不久之後答案就會自然而然的到來。更高的振動將減輕許多的醫療問題，隨著光之都市的到來會出現治療神殿和其他能夠被予以掌握的高端科技。在揚升之後你們就不會得病或者出現身體上的問題，你們的身體將處於一個完美的狀態。所以記住不管當前存在什麽樣的身體問題，你都不需要再擔心它們會一直影響你了。


Drugs rarely act as a cure but as a containment and but for concealment you could for example have had a cure for the scourge of Man that is cancer. Many medical advancements have been kept back, so as not to hit the profit levels of the drug companies. Also many drugs are placed on the market that are known to have serious side affects, and others that are banned and withdrawn in one country are sold to the Third World. Shortage of water could also have been overcome, but again held back to maintain high prices. There are many such examples in various markets, and not least of all the Oil Industry. They manipulate the markets to create shortages and high prices, when in reality there are no shortages at all.

藥品作爲一種治療形式有諸多限制，對於癌症晚期的患者你們就回天無力了。許多的醫療發展都被限制住了，爲的就是不衝擊醫藥公司的利潤（譯者：這就足以說明，我們今天服用的很多藥都沒有切實的療效，因爲一旦人們痊癒，醫藥公司就會倒閉）。同時許多被放置在市場中的藥品對於身體具有嚴重的影響，而其他被禁止的藥物在從一個國家撤出的同時卻又被販售到第三世界國家。水源的短缺也是本該解決的問題，只是再一次因爲高額的利潤而被限制。在各種市場都有很多這樣的例子，尤其是石油工業。他們操控市場制造短缺，同時擡高價格，而事實上根本不存在任何的短缺。


You will not have to suffer much longer at the hands of the Illuminati, as the answers to your problems lay with us and our new technologies that we ready to share with you. Already you have learnt of the true potential that is waiting for you, and we shall waste no time putting it into place. We simply wait for the new Government to be put in place, with representatives that will truly work for the betterment of Mankind.
