This guy Andrew D. Basiago, is a Cambridge-trained environmentalist and attorney and his father Raymond F. Basiago, was an engineer drafted in classified NASA projects. He claims have been trained by CIA, in the '70s as a "chrononaut" of the "Pegasus Project", one of the extensions of the Tesla's "Philadelphia Project", headed by CIA. Basiago does several claims concerning time-travel, teleportation and Mars civilizations.
