這不是麻煩，我也感覺不到指導靈，好吧，不要說這種虛無的事，講實際一點，艾利克說跟著"感覺"走就對了，你不需要去感覺指導靈的存在，你只需要相信自己的"直覺"，我一直都是在做感覺的事，感覺手的頻率，感覺頻率跟身體的連結點之間形成的通道，感覺頻率的"震動"，這些都能讓你有更深一層的了解。

療癒者的指導靈做了哪些事?被療癒者的指導靈又做了哪些事?前者引導光、訊息、能量經由導體傳送至被療癒者，後者將這些東西最佳化的分配至被療癒者的身體各處，當然這只是我的想法，誰知道是不是真的如此?

忘掉"指導靈"這三個字吧，你只需要放鬆然後去感覺，就這樣而已，不用想太複雜...
