自我療癒的手法 The Energy Ball (po文者本身是RH practitioner) 出處
Energy healing can seem mysterious to someone not trained in it—and sometimes to those trained in it too.
This is a good way to start to learn energy healing, if a bit subtle in effect.
By learning to feel energy this way, even a novice practitioner can begin to experience how energy flows and acts upon the body and on health. It also helps point out the energy around us.
So let’s get started!
Imagine holding a volleyball between the palms, fingers of each hand at a 90 degree angle relative to the other hand’s finger, except that this sphere will be a ball of green light. Slowly move the hands clockwise but opposite each other, the top hand at the “12 o’clock” position while the bottom hand is at the “6 o’clock” position, and so forth. Another approach useful when new to this is to start with a very large ball, perhaps medicine ball size, and compress it down to volleyball size. When the energy ball becomes palpable, continue the circular motion until the energy is moving the hands, rather than deliberately moving the hands. Just relax and feel this, getting comfortable with the idea of being moved by energy. Then move the energy ball, while continuing to turn it, to the point needing healing. As the body absorbs the energy, let the green light become white. This is fine for healing others or oneself. When done, clap the hands sharply to release the energy.
Here's another way . . .
Here’s another approach, adapted from the Gorleston Reiki Blog -- (http://gorlestonreiki.blogspot.com/2011/07/energy-balls-for-healing.html).
Hold your hands a couple of inches apart, again with palms at a 90 degree angle from each other. Gently push your hands together, but without letting them touch, moving slightly back and forth as if “pumping” until you can feel the energy between the hands growing, like pushing two magnets gently together you can feel the energy between them. As the hands build the energy, let them gradually move out a bit farther, keeping the gentle pushing and pulling of the hands so that the energy ball becomes larger. Some people can only manage to make a small tennis ball size, while others can make a football sized one. It does not matter how big you make your Energy Ball.
Either way, this part is important!
Whichever way you do this, I want to stress a subtlety I missed when I learned to heal with energy several years ago.
Resist the tendency to see the treated area as ill or damaged or diseased. Instead, see it as healthy, well, already healed. This is important. As you release the green light to white, see the area as perfect and the healing as complete. This will greatly aid the healing, while clinging to the notion of disease or injury can prolong it. Instead of healing and then feeling good, feel good and then heal. More on that later in this self-healing series.
For a really dramatic presentation on the power of seeing something already healed, check out Gregg Braden’s video on this blog post from my blog, “A Healer’s Cafe” -- http://kwanyinhealing.net/2012/09/ -- as well as powerful evidence from Shin-ichiro Terayama, even to the point of spontaneous healing. Very amazing results come from this simple understanding. . . the trick is to wrap our understanding around what the evidence shows.
Have fun playing with energy! |
