Unknown hackers have compromised Powell’s Gmail account, and the whistleblower website DCLeaks posted a trove of his emails on Wednesday. Powell’s spokeswoman Peggy Cifrino confirmed that the emails were authentic.

The email to Jeffrey Leeds, Powell's business associate and major Democratic donor, contained an admission that Israel had nuclear weapons – something the key US ally has carefully avoided confirming or denying for years, in a policy called “nuclear ambiguity.”

“Anyway, Iranians can’t use one if they finally make one,” Powell wrote to Leeds on March 3, 2015, regarding the ongoing talks about Tehran’s nuclear program. “The boys in Tehran know Israel has 200, all targeted on Tehran, and we have thousands. As [Iranian President Mahmoudin Ahmedinejad said], ‘What would we do with one, polish it?’ I have spoken publicly about both [North Korea] and Iran. We’ll blow up the only thing they care about—regime survival. Where, how would they even test one?”

The letter came after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had just visited Washington and given a fiery speech before Congress denouncing the proposed deal under which Iran would consent to invasive inspections in exchange for lifting of the nuclear-related sanctions. The deal was finalized in July 2015.

衹有這伊朗網站(國有)報導，是尚未證實的消息，現目前都衹有小道消息從此引述。

有猜測可能是報復前幾日，美聯軍"誤炸"Aleppo的敘利亞政府軍，但西方是啞巴吃黃連，
不便承認是有聯軍人員，在那裏指揮ISIS與敘軍作戰，否則就坐實了俄國的指控
- 美英，沙地阿拉伯，卡達，土耳其，以色列等，都在幫助ISIS。

即便如此，也意味著幕後角力之強，非比一般。
擦槍走火的可能性已經擺到臺面上來了。

今早三立新聞台播了一則新聞，內容是德國記者在敘利亞對一位ISIS成員的採訪內容：

ISIS成員：｢這些武器是美國送的｣

ISIS成員：｢有很多國家在幫助我們｣

記者：｢你確定有美國？｣

ISIS成員：｢是的，他們還派人來教我們｣

畫面帶到美製武器還有附使用手冊，協助ISIS作員依照說明來學習操作。

也有另一種預測，就算中東的ISIS式微，陰謀集團會在世界各處製造恐襲，怪罪到ISIS四處開花，把世界拖下水。

驚！國際反恐情資 69台人被IS列綁架對象

經過友邦通傳，我國有69位包括學者、專家與商界人士，被ISIS列為綁架目標。經由警政署查證，名單中的台灣人士，有的根本沒有住在情資所顯示的地址，有的則已往生。相關單位向他說，名單的可信度偏低。但相關單位沒有透露名單中有哪些人士被列入。

爲何如此反常，跛鴨總統歐巴馬，急著要擴大戰爭？
美總統大選11月8日，明年一月就職，剩3個月還要打仗？

敘利亞戰情，及連鎖反應，變化太快，大衝突一觸即發，後果難料
我也不知該如何說清楚，這些影片，懂英文的自己直接看吧。

前有介紹過，這人是住在捷克的美國/以色列雙重國籍猶太人，對歐洲頗瞭解，不贊成NWO，美鷹侵略等，
中立不贊成戰爭，重點是他的片子裏有很多新聞引證，我幾乎都有看到那些新聞，不是空穴來風，有參考價值。

不敢說他的研判全對，但相關新聞不斷的發生，新聞戰越來越強，連我都來不及貼，
而臺灣幾乎看不到國際新聞，能看到的幾乎都是美國口徑，令人擔憂。

簡單的說》
1. 阿勒頗原7天停火協議，裏面重要的一條是，停火包括停止空襲，是西聯軍破壞協定，空襲敘軍。
2. 被攻擊的敘軍裏，有俄國，伊朗的支援人員，也受到傷亡。(但這些是應敘利亞邀請)
3. 俄國反擊，三顆飛彈襲阿勒頗IS，外國顧問指揮碉堡，裏面有7國顧問傷亡，但衹有伊朗通訊社報導(未請自來)
4. UN人道援助車隊被炸，雙方互控是對方所爲，但都沒能提出具體證據。
5. 美國停止與俄國溝通，國務院發言人直説，俄國人將會繼續把他們的軍人用屍袋送回家，俄國本土將會受到恐怖分子攻擊，等等。(分析者認爲，發言用"繼續"這個字眼，表示原來就知道有俄國人，不是誤炸)
6. 俄國女發言人說如果大馬士革被攻擊，版塊會大移動，後果很嚴重。
7. 俄國大馬士革遭炮擊。
8. 美國内宣傳洗腦强度增加，指控敘軍在阿勒頗空襲炮擊百姓。(研究者分析影片的矛盾，認爲是西方的撒謊宣傳片，及一些危機演員)
9. 川普改變説法，從前表示與俄友好，也開始指控是俄國違反停火協議。

計劃是持續3~5天的反復轟炸 - 敘利亞政府軍的軍事行政中心，暗殺高層指揮官，攻擊公共建築。
超過800架飛機將從附近土耳其，約旦基地起飛攻擊，美國艦隻及據點，發射大量巡弋飛彈配合攻擊，地面叛軍將會配合空襲後地面攻擊，尤其是前在停火時，獲得了經由土約的，大量的西方武器彈藥支援(連管火箭炮，肩射飛彈等）。

若要如此，前提是要解決俄國的地面防禦飛彈，這也是美國前提出，要在敘利亞建立禁飛區的真正目的，但美國將軍前評估過，如此做將引發直接戰爭。

先是美聯軍在停火期間 "誤炸"敘利亞政府軍
傳言  俄國反擊3枚巡弋飛彈摧毀聯軍助ISIS的指揮中心
然後  聯合國人道援助阿勒頗的車隊被摧毀(20平民18輛車)

美指控UN車隊是俄國所為，發動宣傳攻勢，指控俄國影響沒大選，駭資料，
國務院發言人甚至說，俄國將會繼續用屍袋把他們的軍人送回去，
遊說要建立敘利亞禁飛區(目的是阻斷俄國與敘利亞的空中支援，好讓ISIS再起)
切斷與俄國溝通，四星將軍說會痛打敵人 ....

先前俄國警告，若聯軍飛機攻擊敘政府軍設施，將會擊落。前幾天比利時兩架F16，攻擊了敘利亞平民，但卻否認。
重點是，用不是聯軍主力的比利時挑釁，及土俄友好，但土又攻敘的矛盾，拐俄敘出手，北約將借此大舉進攻的企圖昭然若揭。

雖然世界注視美大選，但敘利亞埋雷仍然未停。
